Booking and Estimates
Q: How do I get an estimate?
A: Text photos of what you want gone to (714) 497-5823 and we'll send a free estimate. For bigger jobs, we can come out for a free on-site estimate. See Free Estimates.
Q: Why don't you list prices on the website?
A: Every job is different. The price depends on how much there is, what it is and how hard it is to get out. Photos let us give you an honest number for your job instead of a guess.
Q: How do I book?
A: Call or text (714) 497-5823, or book online.
Q: What are your hours?
A: Our crews work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Q: Do you donate or recycle?
A: Yes. We donate and recycle what we can, so less of your stuff ends up in the landfill.
Q: Do I have to be home?
A: It's best if someone is there at the start to show us what's going. If you can't be there, call or text us and we'll talk it through.
What We Take
Q: What kinds of junk do you haul?

Q: Do you take mattresses?
A: Yes, all sizes, along with box springs. See Furniture Removal.
Q: Do you take refrigerators and other appliances?
A: Yes. Please empty and unplug them first. See Appliance Removal.
Q: Can you remove a hot tub?
A: Yes. We break down and haul away hot tubs and spas. The power needs to be off and the tub drained first. See Hot Tub & Spa Removal.
Q: Do you take just one item?
A: Yes. Single items are welcome, from one couch to a whole house.
What We Can't Take
Q: What won't you take?
A: For safety, and because of California disposal rules, we can't haul hazardous materials such as wet paint, solvents, pesticides, pool chemicals, motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, asbestos or medical waste.
Q: Where do I take hazardous waste?
A: Orange County runs household hazardous waste collection centers that accept most of these items. Check the OC Waste & Recycling website for locations and hours.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: All of Orange County, CA. Our home base is Orange, and we cover Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Tustin, Garden Grove, Fullerton, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Mission Viejo and every city in between.
Q: Do you work outside Orange County?
A: No. We focus only on Orange County, CA.
Getting Ready
Q: Do I need to bring things to the curb?
A: No. We carry items out from inside your home, garage, backyard or side yard.
Q: What should I do before you arrive?
A: Set aside anything you're keeping, clear a path, and unlock gates. Empty appliances, and drain hot tubs and shut off their power.
Q: Is junk removal worth it compared to doing it myself?
